Refund and Cancellation policy

At Raaga Experience, we take great care in curating and executing exclusive, limited-capacity cultural events. Each seat is reserved specifically for you, and your booking sets into motion multiple planning and operational efforts.

1. No Cancellations or Refunds

All bookings made through our platform are final and non-refundable, irrespective of reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal emergencies
• Weather conditions
• Technical issues on your end (internet/device/etc.)

Once a ticket is booked, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

2. No Rescheduling or Transfer

• Bookings are non-transferable and non-reschedulable.
• We do not permit changes in attendee name or shift to another event date.

3. Event Cancellations by Raaga Experience

In the rare event that an experience is cancelled by Raaga Experience (due to unforeseen or force majeure situations), you will be:

• Notified at the earliest possible time, and
• Issued a full refund to the original mode of payment, within 7 working days
• Given an option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date (if applicable)
