Welcome to Raaga Experience. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.raagaexperience.com) and any services or bookings offered through it.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

• Raaga Experience curates unique cultural and musical events. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account or booking an experience.

2. Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Payments

• All event bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept secure online payments via PhonePe and other supported methods.
• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Booking Confirmations

• Once your payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
• Raaga Experience reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform or engage in illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on the website are the property of Raaga Experience and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Raaga Experience is not liable for:

• Delays or cancellations due to force majeure.
• Any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
